Cultural Isen Mulang Festival of Central Kalimantan Held Year 2012 Ready
The festival will be adorned by a parade around the town of Palangkaraya, the capital of Central Kalimantan. Decorated boats will describe each area represents.
In addition to cultural parade, art shows, folk games, culinary feast, traditional sports and tourism ambassador contest will also be held. A number of unique Dayak culture will also be presented, such as Wood Manetek, Bagasing, Mangenta, Malamang, Mangaruhi, Besei Kambe, and a variety of traditional dances.
Some of the Dayak tribe would wear their best costume complete with traditional weapons, such as Mandau, Telabang, Chopsticks, Arrows, and various accessories from animal bones.
